Responsible use
Edit only images you are entitled to modify. You are responsible for applicable laws, contracts, platform rules and disclosure requirements.
Service quality
Service is supplied subject to availability. Processing can fail and may change pixels or metadata. No guarantee covers removal, detector outcomes, availability, fitness or exact preservation.
Image charges
Uploads of 1–4 images use 1 credit for each completed image, while qualifying uploads of 5–20 use 0.5 credit per image. Half-credit processing starts only after at least 5 images are uploaded, validated and covered by reserved credits. With fewer eligible images, nothing processes and credit reservations are released; a fresh upload can be made under the terms applicable to it. After qualification, subsequent failures or cancellations cannot raise the credit usage per completed image. A completed result uses the agreed credits even with quality warnings; failed or canceled unfinished processing uses none. After one hour results expire, and neither expiry nor deletion of a completed image returns its credits. The limited website free allowance may apply below 1 available credit, while the API always requires credits and offers no free allowance. Previously accepted uploads retain their saved credit amount.
Payments and refunds
Your payments use USD, while your SynthIDRemover.com account shows image credits available for processing.
You may buy a credit pack or enter a custom payment, within the displayed checkout minimum and the payment provider's limits. The site sets no balance cap and provides no subscription or automatic refill. Purchased credits only cover image processing and cannot be transferred between accounts or withdrawn as cash. A credit purchase does not promise immediate access or unlimited processing. Checkout shows applicable tax, which adds no usable credits. For billing or processing problems, contact support@synthidremover.com; refunds are not automatic, but we may provide a refund, credits or other suitable compensation. Approved refunds use the original payment method, and closure of the service results in refunds of unused paid funds. Bank processing may add time before a refund arrives. Your consumer rights remain unaffected by these terms.
Bonus credit terms
Displayed bonuses are recorded with each qualifying purchase, including custom payments, without counting tax toward eligibility. Bonus credits are noncash, nontransferable and not withdrawable, have no expiry and can still be used when an offer ends. Purchased credits are consumed before the oldest available bonus credits. Approved refunds and disputes reverse the associated bonus proportionally with cumulative payment-currency rounding; any reversed bonus already spent reduces refundable paid funds. Winning a dispute restores only credits still owed after other refunds. Past purchases do not gain a bonus retroactively.
Provider responsibilities
An absent signal does not justify presenting a processed or not-detected file as human-created. Infrastructure providers, OpenAI or Google may process data under their own terms when you use the corresponding feature.
Protection and contact
We may reject, restrict, cancel or delete activity to protect users, providers, budgets and infrastructure. Do not circumvent limits or access another user's files or credentials. Send questions to support@synthidremover.com.
